Color And Andy is on the second floor at 263 Bowery, where the Lower East Side, NoLita and SoHo meet. The salon focuses on dimensional, healthy, low-maintenance color designed to grow out gracefully rather than requiring a return visit every six weeks. Andrea works with Wella, Redken and Schwarzkopf and selects the line per client rather than working from a single brand.
