Salon Policy

At Color And Andy, we aim to create an experience built on trust, respect, and clarity. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions, along with our salon policies to ensure a smooth, stress-free appointment for everyone.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

What if I’m running late?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, depending on the service and schedule. In some cases, this will be considered a missed appointment and charged in full. Please call ahead if you’re running behind — we’ll always do our best to accommodate where possible.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Please cancel in advance if you can’t make it, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for services. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with the result, we welcome you to return for one complimentary adjustment within two weeks of your original appointment. Our goal is always to ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for.
